#TEACH, LLC strives to be fair, unbiased, and consistent in it's interactions with customers, vendors and the general public. We also strive to be fair in the implementation of all program policies, procedures, and actions.  However, we know that in spite of our best efforts, sometimes people will be dissatisfied. To this end, we will make every effort to resolve any issue that may arise during your enrollment in or involvement with our Certification Program.  

#TEACH, LLC will receive formal complaints via writing either by mail, fax, email or electronic website submission. #TEACH, LLC will not respond to any anonymous complaints. A response is sent via email within 14 business days of acknowledgement that the complaint was received and is under review. The email will also indicate that a written response will be received within 30 business days of receipt of complaint.
