We also strive to be fair in the implementation of all program policies, procedures, and actions. However, we know that in spite of our best efforts, sometimes people will be dissatisfied. To this end, we will make every effort to resolve any issue that may arise during your enrollment in or involvement with our Certification Program.
#TEACH, LLC will receive formal complaints via writing either by mail, email or electronic website submission. #TEACH, LLC will not respond to any anonymous complaints. A response is sent via email within 14 business days of acknowledgement that the complaint was received and is under review. The email will also indicate that a written response will be received within 30 business days of receipt of complaint.
Additionally, pursuant to North Carolina General Statue 115C-269.55, the North Carolina State Board of Education (SBE) has the authority to receive reports of allegations of noncompliance regarding specific laws and rules associated with Educator Preparation Program (EPP) requirements. The SBE does not have the authority to receive complaints
related to contractual arrangements with an EPP, commercial issues, obtaining a higher grade or credit for training, or seeking reinstatement to an EPP. The complaint process allows students to report allegations of noncompliance with Article 17D of Chapter 115C of the General Statutes. You can access the NCDPI Complaint Form by clicking here.
